A quick travel note: The church is about a 35-minute drive from the hotel area, and Uber/Lyft availability can be limited (and expensive) for that trip. We recommend renting a car if possible.The good news is that the hotels are all within 10 minutes of Forest Hills Country Club, and Uber/Lyft service is plentiful in the Chesterfield area. The reception venue is also conveniently located near a variety of bars, restaurants, and other attractions, making it easy to enjoy the rest of the weekend and evening without needing to drive.

We kindly ask our family and friends to join us in dressing for the occasion.Ladies: Knee-length, midi, or tea-length dresses in elevated fabrics such as chiffon, lace, satin, silk, crepe, or jacquard are encouraged. Summer to early fall colors, prints, florals, and solids are all welcome. Please avoid casual fabrics such as cotton, linen, and jersey, as well as white, ivory, or beige.Gentlemen: A suit in charcoal, navy, blue, or black with a dress shirt, tie, and polished dress shoes is preferred. A dark blazer paired with dress pants and a dress shirt is also appropriate.Please note: The ballroom venue does not permit denim. Light layers or a shawl are recommended for a September evening in Missouri.

We like to joke that we met in the least romantic place possible — a car dealership. But somehow, between credit applications and car keys, we found each other.It all started when she stopped by the dealership — not to buy a car, but to co-sign for her best friend. He happened to be both the salesperson and finance manager that day, handling the deal from start to finish. For him, it was just another busy Saturday at work. For her, it was just doing a favor for a friend. Neither of us expected it to be the start of something that would change our lives.But there was an instant connection — easy conversation, a few laughs, and that unmistakable feeling that something special was happening. When the paperwork was done, we both walked away smiling, pretending it was just another ordinary day… but we both knew it wasn’t.A few hours later, a friendly “thank you” message turned into more messages, and then the kind of conversations you never want to end. One quick dinner date led to another, and before long, we realized that what started as a simple trip to the dealership had become the beginning of our forever. Neither of us went there looking for love, but somehow, love found us anyway.
